• Transportation: Transportation costs are additional and will be charged based on actual expenses incurred. We will inform you of the estimated transportation cost before dispatching any orders.

• GST: Prices quoted are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise specified. 

• Price Variation: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders at the time of payment will be honored at the agreed price. Please confirm the current rates before placing an order. 

• Payment Terms: Full payment in advance is required to process orders. For large orders, we may offer flexible payment terms, subject to approval. 

• Warranty: Warranty coverage is as per the terms specified in the product manual. Please refer to the manual for detailed warranty terms and conditions. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. 

• Delivery: Delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet these timelines, any delays will be communicated promptly. We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 

• Cancellation and Modifications: Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified without prior approval. A cancellation or modification request should be submitted in writing within 24 hours of order placement. 

• Liability: We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DELHI. 

• Validity: This price list is valid until 15th January 2026. Prices beyond this date are subject to confirmation. Please check for updated rates if ordering after this period. 

• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and government regulations. 

•  OEM/ODM and Import Services: We provide OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services, along with import services for bulk orders.
